SpaceCon 2025 was another successful convention here in our local neck of the woods. Had a great time, always super fun to meet new people and interact by sharing the same likes and dislikes, hobbies and nerdy passions.
I always feel a bit sad because I don’t attend conventions as much as I used to. SpaceCon is by far the only one that keeps bringing me back. Another amazing reason why this year’s SpaceCon felt beyond great, is the fact that 12 year son is the first one to jump ship, helping me getting things ready, our costumes and packing and unpacking all of our 3D stuff we had to sell. He’s a natural born salesman and I could not be more proud of him.
I also ran the costume contest again along great judges. Every year we keep getting better and better and I love to see new comers every year. I sure love being the M.C for it every year. It is super fun and I just love interacting with every one and seeing how much time and effort they put onto their costumes and props. I cannot wait for next year!
